Sessions are held weekly and last for 50 minutes. They can be conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp. Before you commit, I offer a phone conversation to discuss your concerns and reasons for seeking psychotherapy. Together, we will create a therapeutic contract that outlines the schedule, frequency, and fees. I will send this contract to you via email.

The fee for sessions is from £70.00 to £80.00. 

Supervision sessions are held biweekly and last for 60 minutes. They can be conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp. I offer a free initial interview to assess the therapist's work and approach, ensuring compatibility with my clinical work.
