What is Psychodynamic Psychotherapy?
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is an approach that focuses on the patient's everyday life experiences. Throughout the therapy, we explore how the issues presented by the patient may be linked to their past experiences.
This process allows the patient to gain insights into their concerns and develop awareness of their conscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings. Additionally, by incorporating an intercultural psychodynamic perspective, I consider factors such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, class, culture, nationality, disability, religion, and age to understand how they influence the patient's well-being and mental health.

Is Psychotherapy Confidential?
All information you share with me will be treated as confidential. I adhere to the ethical guidelines and confidentiality regulations set by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Additionally, as part of my duty as a psychotherapist, I participate in regular meetings with my clinical supervisor, during which I discuss my work while maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.

Online Service
Sessions are held online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp. This allows my patients greater flexibility regarding their location. It is recommended that during the 50-minute session, the patient stays in a room with a closed door.
